Owner & Lead Groomer
Jessica founded Paws & Polish with a simple mission: to provide the kind of grooming experience she always wanted for her own pets. With over 12 years of professional grooming experience and certifications from the National Dog Groomers Association of America, she brings expertise and genuine love for animals to every appointment.
When she’s not grooming, Jessica is volunteering at the local animal shelter and competing in grooming competitions.
Senior Groomer
Marcus specializes in breed-specific styling and has a particular talent for working with anxious pets. His patient, calm demeanor puts even the most nervous dogs and cats at ease. He holds certifications from the International Professional Groomers Inc. and is trained in Pet First Aid & CPR.
Outside of work, Marcus breeds award-winning goldfish and is a dedicated dog park regular with his two Border Collies.
Cat Specialist & Groomer
Aisha is our resident feline expert. Having grown up in a house with seven cats, she developed an intuitive understanding of feline behavior that translates into stress-free grooming sessions. She’s one of the few groomers in the area certified in feline-specific grooming techniques.
Aisha also handles our puppy introduction sessions, introducing young pups to grooming in the gentlest way possible.
